MosaicMint Terms of Service
These terms govern a merchant's use of the MosaicMint Shopify app. By installing or using MosaicMint, the merchant agrees to these terms, the MosaicMint Privacy Policy, and Shopify's applicable terms. The Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement and describes our data processing on the merchant's behalf.
Service
MosaicMint provides tools for configuring custom mosaic products, collecting buyer-created designs through a Shopify storefront, linking designs to Shopify orders, and preparing production information. The merchant remains the seller of record and controls its products, pricing, taxes, shipping, customer promises, and fulfillment.
Merchant responsibilities
- Use only products, images, trademarks, and other content that the merchant and its buyers are authorized to use.
- Verify product configuration, color mappings, supplier codes, prices, quantities, generated files, and production output before accepting or fulfilling orders.
- Provide legally required storefront notices and respond to customers and privacy requests.
- Keep Shopify access secure and use MosaicMint only for lawful purposes.
Fees
The Launch subscription is USD $19.99 per store every 30 days with a 3-day free trial after a commercial-store merchant approves the subscription through Shopify. Shopify development stores can test without a paid subscription. The plan includes all current features with no MosaicMint order commission or usage fee. Applicable taxes may be added. Shopify displays the billing terms before approval; a charge requires the merchant's approval through Shopify. Cancel through Shopify to stop future renewals. Public paid availability is subject to completion of the Shopify launch process.
Launch pricing is retained while the launch subscription remains uninterrupted. A merchant who cancels and later returns selects a plan at the then-available price. Shopify manages renewal and cancellation timing. Once subscription access ends, new customizations stop; retained historical order designs, production downloads and privacy tools remain accessible while the app is installed and within the privacy-policy retention period. Uninstallation and data deletion follow the privacy policy. Contact support with billing or refund questions.
MosaicMint does not process buyer payments; buyer purchases use Shopify checkout.
Availability and changes
We aim to operate MosaicMint reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change or discontinue features to maintain security, compliance, or service quality. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required.
Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MosaicMint is provided "as is" without implied warranties. The merchant must review production outputs before manufacture. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for losses caused by merchant configuration, supplier data, buyer content, Shopify, or third-party services. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Suspension and termination
The merchant may stop using MosaicMint by uninstalling it. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or a material breach of these terms.
Governing rules
These terms are subject to mandatory consumer and commercial laws that apply to the operator and merchant. A specific governing jurisdiction will be published before general commercial availability.
